Hexa Ingenieros, a Spanish engineering services company focused on designing and implementing automation process control and industrial computing services, is entering the U.S. marketplace and establishing its U.S. headquarters in Missouri. The company will operate as Hexa Engineers in the U.S.

Hexa Engineers’ U.S. HQ will be located in the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in St. Louis, Missouri, and they will create 20 new programming and engineering jobs, with hiring beginning in Summer 2018.

Faurecia, a leading automotive technology company developing solutions for sustainable mobility and smart life on board, began construction on its new $60 million production facility in Blue Springs, Missouri. The new 250,000 sq. ft. facility is Faurecia’s third facility in Missouri and will manufacture and assemble door panels and instrument panels using the latest technologies.

Since locating in the commonwealth more than 20 years ago, LINAK has steadily grown its business and presence in Louisville, KY. LINAK, headquartered in Denmark, operates facilities in 35 countries and maintains its Americas headquarters in Louisville. The approximately 145,000 square-foot building doubles the size of LINAK’s manufacturing plant, allowing LINAK to improve efficiency, generate higher profits and make more reliable deliveries to customers while lowering production costs by 25 percent. LINAK’s leaders expect to double output and sales over the next five years.
