Massachusetts is located in the north east of the United States of America. Directly at the Atlantic Coast and it is one of the 5 New England States- jointed the formation of the United States of America in February 06th, 1788 as the 6th
of the former 13 States. With a population of 6,449,755 (2007) and the size of 21,456 km² it is not a big state, but nevertheless a fairly important one.
Capital is Boston, the city located at the harbor (Massachusetts Bay).
